For a product question

Tell us what you want to record and where the finished video will be watched. A desktop software tutorial, a phone demo and a vertical video can need different framing and audio choices.

The feature overview, pricing page and frequently asked questions may already have the detail you need.

For a recording or export problem

Include your macOS version, the app version and a short description of what you expected and what happened. Mention whether you recorded in the app or imported an existing clip. If audio is involved, tell us which input you selected.

Please remove personal or confidential information from any screenshot or sample you share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or license secrets. The support page has a few checks to try first.

For launch updates

Public downloads and checkout are not open yet. Use the launch-update link on the homepage, or email us to ask for a release update.

Opening an email link alone does not subscribe you. If you send us a request, we use your address to respond about the release. You can ask to be removed at any time; see how we handle contact information.
